In-Home Design Consultations
We recommend scheduling an in-home consultation if you’re in one of two stages:
- You’ve had an initial consultation and have a good idea of what treatments you’d like. You’re ready for the next step.
- You have no idea where to begin. You need someone to look at your space in its entirety and give professional advice.
In-Home Consultations cost $147 and last about an hour, depending on the size of your project. If you buy window treatments with us, we’ll apply your consultation fee to the cost of your project.

Window Measuring and Installation
Installing window treatments is harder than it might seem. Done wrong, you can end up with light gaps, skewed shades, malfunctioning motors, and more.

They’ll properly measure your windows and install any covering right — the first time. And we promise a prompt, courteous, and helpful crew to make your life easier. Installations start at $110.

Don’t worry if you aren’t technologically inclined; our experts will help you choose the best system, set it up, and show you how to operate them through your smartphone or home automation system. If building a new home, we can collaborate with your builder to pre-wire for your automated shades.

Repair and Service Calls
While Hunter Douglas designs products to last a lifetime, every now and again you may experience a problem. Be it a torn cord, broken bracket, or a motorization issue, we can help. We’ll do whatever it takes to make your shades like new again.
If you purchased your treatments from us, our in-home service calls are FREE. Otherwise, we charge $95 to come to you. You can also bring your repairs to our showroom and save the service fee.
Our repair services are for Hunter Douglas products. For other window treatment brands, call the company you purchased them from.
